Beagle Channel Kayak Tour

At 10 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Puerto Williams and drive to a campsite located in the outskirts of the city.

Upon arrival, we will discuss safety rules and prepare wetsuits, waterproofs, protective skirts, and other equipment. Then, we will get into our kayaks.

We will row through the icy waters of the Beagle Channel, starting in a more sheltered area to familiarize yourself with kayaking. Once confident, we will move away from Puerto Williams to admire its coastline and the rest of Navarino Island.

During the tour, we will learn about the bird species native to this remote southern tip of South America and the history of the Yaganes, an Indigenous Fuegian community.

Our tour concludes as we return to the campsite, where we will enjoy a snack of local products and a craft beer. We will drop you off at your hotel in Puerto Williams at 2 pm.
