Card Pickup

After booking, pick up your card at the Caen la mer Tourism Office at Place Saint-Pierre, number 12, with the following schedule:

April, May, June, and September: Tuesday 10 am - 6:30 pm; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm; Sunday 9:30 am - 1:30 pmJuly and August: Monday to Saturday 9 am - 7 pm; Sunday and holidays 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 5 pmFrom October to March: Tuesday 2 pm - 6 pm; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9:30 am - 1 pm; closed on SundayClosed on January 1, May 1, November 1, November 11, and December 25

Your card activates on first use, allowing 24, 48, or 72 hours of benefits. Note that some monuments require prior bookings at the Tourism Office and are subject to availability.

Children Under 4

Children under 4 can access public transport and museums and monuments without a ticket.
