Day Pass: Caen Mémorial Museum Ticket + Normandy Landing Tour

With the Day Pass, you receive a ticket to the Caen Mémorial Museum and a D-Day tour to explore the scenes from the Normandy landings.

What Does the Day Pass Include?

The Day Pass includes a D-Day tour and admission to the Caen Mémorial Museum.

The D-Day tour

This tour occurs on the selected reservation date. Participants meet at the designated time at the Caen Mémorial Museum, then travel by minibus to key locations of the Normandy Landings, which occurred on 6th June 1944.

The tour starts at Pointe du Hoc, an important site, before proceeding to Omaha Beach to view remains from the landings. It concludes with a visit to Colleville-sur-Mer to see the Normandy American Cemetery, returning to the museum after approximately 5 hours.

Ticket to Caen Mémorial

Your Day Pass provides admission to the Caen Mémorial, which can be explored at your leisure without a guide. The museum focuses on the Second World War, the Normandy Landings, and the Cold War, offering access to both temporary exhibitions and the permanent collection, which includes various artifacts.

You may visit the museum on the same day as the D-Day tour, before starting the tour, or the next day.

The museum operates at the following hours:

1st April - 30th September 2024: Monday-Sunday, 9 am - 7 pm1-31st October 2024: Monday-Sunday, 9 am - 6 pm1st November - 31st December 2024: Everyday except Monday, with some exceptions, 9 am - 6 pm.
