Nora Archeological Site Trip

Meet us at Piazza Yenne in Cagliari at the designated time to begin your adventure. We will travel to the nearby town of Pula, host to one of the island's major archaeological treasures: the ancient city of Nora.

After approximately 45 minutes of travel, we will arrive at the site and delve into the remnants of the Phoenician and Roman civilizations. You'll learn about how Nora served as a vital commercial hub during the Phoenician era. Highlights of our exploration include the ancient Roman baths, the impressive amphitheater, and the intricate mosaic facades of the buildings.

Following our time in Nora, we will return to Cagliari. On our way back, we will pause to admire the diverse wildlife of the Santa Gilla lagoon. If fortune smiles upon us, you might spot some lovely flamingos.

Once we reach the Sardinian capital, we will embark on a short panoramic bus tour. During this tour, we will make stops at the Basilica of Our Lady of Bonaria and the viewpoint at Mount Urpinu, where you can take stunning photographs of the landscape.

After four hours, our extensive archaeological trip will conclude.
