Discover the Phoenician and Roman legacy of Sardinia with a trip to the archaeological site of Nora, an ideal activity for your holiday in Cagliari.

Nora Archeological Site Trip

The tour begins at Piazza Yenne in Cagliari, from where we travel to the city of Pula, approximately a 45-minute journey. Pula is home to the remarkable archaeological site of Nora.

Upon arrival, we explore the site to learn about its significance as a commercial center during the Phoenician period. Highlights include the ancient Roman baths, the amphitheater, and the intricate mosaic facades of the buildings.

After the exploration of Nora, we return to Cagliari, making a stop at the Santa Gilla lagoon to observe its biodiversity, with a chance to spot flamingos.

Once back in Cagliari, we'll enjoy a brief panoramic bus tour, which includes stops at the Basilica of Our Lady of Bonaria and the Mount Urpinu viewpoint for scenic photography.

The entire archaeological trip lasts four hours.
