Discover the Phoenician and Roman legacy of Sardinia during the trip to the archeological site of Nora, ideal for your holiday in Cagliari.
Nora Archeological Site Trip
The excursion begins at Piazza Yenne in Cagliari at the scheduled time, followed by a journey to the city of Pula, home to one of the principal archaeological sites on the island: the ancient city of Nora.
After approximately 45 minutes of travel, we arrive and enter the site to explore the Phoenician and Roman legacy. This location was a great commercial center during the Phoenician period. Visitors will see the ancient Roman baths, the amphitheater, and the mosaic facades of the buildings.
Following the exploration of Nora, we return to Cagliari, stopping to view the biodiversity of the Santa Gilla lagoon. Keep an eye out for flamingos.
Upon reaching Cagliari, a brief panoramic bus tour will follow, including stops at the Basilica of Our Lady of Bonaria and the Mount Urpinu viewpoint for capturing stunning scenery.
The archeological trip concludes after four hours.
