Excursion to San Sperate from Cagliari

At the designated time, we will gather in Piazza Yenne, Cagliari, where we will board a minibus that will transport us northward to San Sperate. This enjoyable journey spans just over thirty minutes.

Upon our arrival to this charming Sardinian municipality, often referred to as a museum town due to the wealth of art that graces each corner, you will discover the vibrant murals that embellish the sides of its buildings. Learn how this artistic movement began in the 1970s, shaping the town’s unique atmosphere.

As we walk through the streets, we will take in the stunning street art while our guide shares insights about Pinuccio Sciola, the influential Italian artist who initiated this local artistic movement.

The guided experience in San Sperate will also lead us to the famed Giardino Sonoro (Sound Garden), a remarkable space where you can listen to music created with stones. It's an experience that will truly astonish you! After enjoying these enchanting sounds, we will head back to the minibus.
