Best of Egypt: 8-Day All-Inclusive Tour

Day 1

Arrival at Cairo airport for visa assistance and hotel transfer. Dinner at a local restaurant, or cold picnic if arriving after 9 pm.

Day 2

Visit the pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, followed by a traditional lunch and tours of Memphis and Saqqara, including the statue of Ramses II. Evening walk in Old Cairo and dinner at the Café of Mirrors.

Day 3

Explore downtown, visiting the Citadel, Alabaster Mosque, Coptic neighborhood, and the Egyptian Museum (Mummy's Room not included). Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 4

Flight to Luxor, visit Luxor Temple, and city tour by horse-drawn carriage. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 5

Visit Karnak Temple, followed by the Valley of the Kings (Tutankhamun's tomb extra 16EUR), Hatshepsut Temple, and Colossi of Memnon. Evening cruise to Edfu.

Day 6

Visit the Temple of Edfu and then continue to Kom Ombo for another temple visit. Evening cruise towards Aswan.

Note: Edfu visit includes buggy transport; alternatives incur a 15EUR fee.

Day 7

Bus trip to Abu Simbel temples, with glimpses of the Aswan Dam. Visit Temple of Filae, returning for lunch. Afternoon sail in a Felucca, returning by 4 pm.

Day 8

Transfer to Aswan airport for the return flight to Cairo, with departure times adjusted based on flight schedules.

What Do I Need?

A roundtrip flight from Cairo is necessary, arriving on the designated day and returning the following week.
