Best of Egypt: 8-Day All-Inclusive Tour

Day 1

We meet you at Cairo airport for visa processing and immigration. You'll be taken to your hotel, followed by dinner in a local restaurant or a cold picnic if arriving after 9 pm.

Day 2

After breakfast, we'll visit the pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Then we'll explore a papyrus school, have lunch, and visit Memphis, Saqqara, and see Ramses II's statue. In the evening, after a rest, we'll explore Old Cairo, including Khan el Khalili market and dine at Café of Mirrors.

Day 3

We'll visit the Citadel, Alabaster Mosque, Coptic neighborhood, and the Egyptian Museum (Mummy's Room not included). Dinner will be at a local restaurant.

Day 4

After breakfast, we fly to Luxor for a cruise. Highlights include Luxor Temple and a horse-drawn carriage tour.

Day 5

Visit Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings (Tutankhamun’s tomb entry +16 EUR), Hatshepsut temple, and Colossi of Memnon. We’ll then cruise to Edfu.

Day 6

Visit the Temple of Edfu, followed by a cruise to Kom Ombo for its temple visit. Then we continue to Aswan. Note: Edfu visit includes buggy transport; alternative transport incurs a 15 EUR fee.

Day 7

Bus trip to Abu Simbel, visit Temple of Filae, and sail in a Felucca. Return to the cruise ship at 4 pm.

Day 8

After breakfast, transfer to Aswan airport for the return flight to Cairo. Departure time adapts to your flight schedule.

Itinerary order may change; all visits described will occur. For bookings made before July 1, 2024, taxes and tips are not included.

What Do I Need?

A roundtrip flight from Cairo, arriving on the reserved day and returning the following week is required.

All-Inclusive

Included: visa, regional flights, air-conditioned transport, hotels, meals, guides, excursions, and admission tickets (except Cheops Pyramid).

Options available in two categories:

Standard

Cairo Hotel: Oasis Hotel Pyramids or similar.Boat: MS Pioneer II or similar.

Premium Category

Cairo Hotel: Marriott Mena House or similar.Boat: MS Royal Viking or similar.

Note: One night in Aswan hotel possible before the cruise.

Note about Prices

Price is per person in a double room. Solo travelers pay an individual surcharge.Three people will share a double room; separate room incurs a supplement.No 4-person rooms; adjoining rooms available by request.

Booking Accommodation with Children

Discount for children applies only when sharing a room with two adults.
