On this private day trip to the White Desert and Bahariya Oasis from Cairo, we'll see limestone formations and more.

Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll collect you from your hotel in Cairo and start our journey to the Bahariya Oasis, which takes about 4 hours.

We will travel in an offroading vehicle through the oasis, a former agricultural hub in Pharaonic times, known for its fertile landscapes, palm groves, natural springs, and various date and olive crops.

After visiting the oasis, we'll have lunch in a local restaurant before continuing to the White Desert National Park. Not all areas appear white, especially the Black Desert with its basalt mounds.

We will explore the heart of the White Desert, viewing limestone formations in the Agabat Valley and the shimmering Crystal Mountain. After appreciating this spectacle, we will also explore the sand dunes of the White Desert.

We will then return to the Bahariya Oasis in the offroading vehicle, switching to another vehicle for the return to your hotel in Cairo approximately 17 hours after pickup.
