White Desert & Bahariya Oasis Private Day Trip

On this private day trip to the White Desert and Bahariya Oasis from Cairo, participants will explore unique limestone formations and more.

Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we will collect you from your hotel in Cairo before starting our journey to the Bahariya Oasis, which will take about 4 hours. Aboard an offroading vehicle, we will travel through this oasis, an important agricultural site in Pharaonic times, showcasing fertile landscapes, palm groves, natural springs, and various date and olive crops.

After the oasis visit, we will have a meal at a local restaurant before resuming our trip in the 4x4 through the White Desert National Park. Participants will discover that not all regions are snowy white, particularly the Black Desert, named for its basalt mounds.

We will explore the heart of the White Desert, admire limestone formations in Agabat Valley, and visit the Crystal Mountain. After experiencing this natural wonder, we will further investigate the sand dunes of the White Desert.

We will return to the Bahariya Oasis in the offroading vehicle and switch to another vehicle for the return to your hotel in Cairo, approximately 17 hours after pickup.
