Tour Details

You'll be picked up from your hotel in Kolkata at 9 am. The first stop will be at the Paresnath Jain Temple, where you will learn about Jain devotion and see detailed decorations, including a shrine with a carving of Shitalnathji studded with diamonds.

The tour continues with a visit to the Victoria Memorial, a monument dedicated to Victoria I of England. Inside, there is a museum featuring a collection of paintings, engravings, and art objects.

Next, you will visit the iconic Howrah Bridge and nearby Dalhousie Square, where you will see the General Post Office, St. John's Church, and the Raj Bhawan, the Governor's Mansion.

The last stop will be Maidan Park, where you will learn about the history of the ancient stronghold of Fort William, located on the banks of the Hugli River, originally established to defend British interests.

Finally, you will return to your hotel in Kolkata at 3 pm.
