At the indicated time we'll meet at the Tourist Office to start this guided tour of Caldas da Rainha.

First, we'll stroll through the local market, known as the Praça da Fruta, which has been operating since the 15th century. This market is located on the town's most important street.

Next, we will visit the Hospital Termal, one of the oldest spas in Portugal, founded in 1485 by Queen Leonor. The history of this more than 5-century-old hospital is fascinating.

During the tour, we will enter a pastry shop to taste traditional desserts such as cavacas and beijinhos.

Our next stop is Dom Carlos I Park, dating back to the 19th century, where we will explore its gardens and learn about its connection to the Hospital Termal.

Finally, we will cross the park to visit the Water Garden, where we will conclude our 2-hour tour.
