Colourful and thought-provoking murals are the stars of this street art tour in Calgary, where we'll also try different beers. We can't think of a better day out!
Description
At the time indicated, we'll meet at 151 8th Ave for a Canadian beer tasting activity.
In this pub, we'll taste 4 different beers and learn how to differentiate between various classes of beers. Following this, we will walk to Calgary Beltline to admire a variety of colourful and thought-provoking murals by notable street artists like Ola Volo and Labrona.
Next, we'll visit Trolley 5 Brewpub for another tasting of 4 different homemade beer varieties. We will learn about the brewing process during this session.
After the second tasting, we will continue exploring murals in the neighborhood, this time featuring works by renowned graffiti artists such as DAIM, Nathan Menguinis, and Faith47.
Finally, after a 3-hour tour, we will conclude the activity back at the initial meeting point.
