Cali Street Food Tour
We'll meet outside the Viajero Hostel at the scheduled time and, once we're all gathered, we'll start strolling among the street food stalls of Cali. Prepare to experience the most authentic flavors of Colombia.
During the tour, we'll make several culinary stops to sample specialties from various food stalls, including lulada, cholao, marranitas, aborrajado, and champus. You will discover these flavors that you may have been missing.
We will also discuss the cultural melting pot evident in Cali's cuisine. The street food stalls offer insights into the recipes of indigenous and African origin as we stroll among local vendors.
