On this Comuna 20 tour, you'll discover Cali's most authentic and modest side. We'll learn how the city's western neighbourhoods have evolved from past problems to future challenges.
Tour Details
We'll meet in the Cañaveralejo neighbourhood at the designated time and head to one of the MIO Cable stations for a ride to Comuna 20. We will start by walking through neighbourhoods of humble beginnings, exploring the area's evolution, its street art, and visiting remarkable viewpoints.
We will discuss the stigmatisation faced by Comuna 20 due to past waves of violence and will visit a cultural centre that addresses this history.
Our journey will conclude with a return ride on the MIO Cable, finishing the tour after a 3 to 3.5-hour route.

Please note that the 3 pm tour will include lunch, which consists of a plate of street food along with water, juice, or beer. This offers a total cultural immersion!
