Sail the waters of the South Pacific on this speed boat trip to discover the Palomino Islands and swim with a colony of sea lions.

Palomino Islands Speedboat Trip & Swimming with Sea Lions

We'll meet at Calle del Mar at 10 am to board the speed boat for a cruise around the islands of Callao.

The boat will sail across the South Pacific to admire rock formations and observe fishing activities. We'll pass El Camotal, an island submerged after an earthquake that is only visible during low tide.

We'll head to San Lorenzo, also known as a "mystery island" due to its navy base, cemeteries for Chilean soldiers, and over 20 pre-Incan archaeological sites.

Next, we'll visit El Frontón, known for its prison which held prisoners from the Shining Path communist party in the 1980s. We will also see the Cavinzas, a group of rocky islands housing Humboldt penguins.

We will skirt the Palomino Islands to marvel at the ecosystem of guano birds and the colony of sea lions. You will have the opportunity to swim with these playful animals.

The trip concludes as we sail back to Callao at 1 pm.
