For nature enthusiasts, the Pedra Redonda hiking trail offers an exceptional way to connect with the great outdoors. As we ascend to the summit of this 1,990-meter (6,528 feet) peak, you'll have the opportunity to appreciate the unique biodiversity of Monte Verde.

Pedra Redonda Hiking Experience

We will arrange for your pickup from your hotel in Monte Verde at a time that suits you best. From there, we'll embark in 4x4 vehicles to reach the trailhead of the Pedra Redonda hiking route.

Upon arrival, we’ll disembark and begin our trek toward the peak of one of Monte Verde's most iconic summits. Though the trail is relatively short, it does present a challenge with its rugged terrain and steep inclines that will test your stamina as we make our way up.

The journey covers a distance of 900 meters (0.5 miles), during which we will explore the rich regional flora and fauna, cross small streams, and revel in the breathtaking panoramas of Monte Verde and its picturesque landscape.

Reaching the summit rewards us with stunning vistas, and we’ll enjoy a luscious picnic featuring cured meats, toast, jams, chocolate, and juice, all set against the backdrop of a lofty altitude!

After our restful moment, we’ll start our descent back to the vehicles. In total, this adventure in the wilds of Monte Verde will span approximately three hours, concluding with your drop-off back at your hotel.
