Enjoy the most iconic experience in Cambridge, punting along the River Cam. You'll see emblematic university buildings, famous bridges and so much more!
Tour Description
The most emblematic tourist attraction in Cambridge is an experience punting along the river. This activity is similar to a gondola ride in Venice, where the person rowing stands at the back of the boat. The ideal way to enjoy it is on a tour with an expert punter.
This panoramic tour lasts around 45 minutes. As you sail down the River Cam, you'll see King's College Chapel from the 15th century and the Wren Library of Trinity College. You will also visit the beautiful Clare College gardens.
During the tour, you'll pass under several bridges including the Mathematical Bridge, historically attributed to Isaac Newton, and the Bridge of Sighs, which connects two parts of Saint John's College.
After 45 minutes on the river, the punter will return you to the jetty where the tour began.
