Yucatan showcases artistic and monumental jewels reflecting its colonial heritage, particularly the historical center of San Francisco de Campeche, centered around the Parque Principal square. The tour begins at the arranged meeting time with a walking exploration of the iconic areas of the city.

The first stop is the city's Cathedral and its museum, featuring a significant collection of sacred art from various eras and styles. The foot tour continues to the Cultural Center 6, where visitors will learn about life from the 17th to the 19th century in a colonial setting.

Next, we visit two significant defensive structures: the Puerta de Tierra city gate and the bastion of San Carlos. The tour proceeds to the Church of San Román, home to the notable carving of the Black Christ of Campeche. The tour concludes with a stroll along Calle 59 and a visit to the well-known Tukulná Handicrafts House.

Tickets Included

The tour includes tickets for the Cultural Center 6, but tickets for the Puerta de Tierra city gate and the Museum of Campeche Cathedral are not included.
