Amantikir Park Tour

On this tour we'll enjoy the splendid natural and artistic beauty of the Amantikir Park, one of the main green areas of Campos de Jordão, not to be missed!

Tour Details

We'll pick you up at the indicated time at Hotel Leão da Montanha, and from there we'll drive to the outskirts of Campos de Jordão to visit the famous Amantikir Park.

Upon arrival at this large public garden, we'll learn about the history of the park, which was designed by local landscape architect Walter Vasconcellos. His project resulted in a 'large green lung' where nature and culture merged into a single space. Strolling through this immense park you'll discover that Vasconcellos' original idea, based on other European gardens, was carried out to perfection.

During the tour of Amantikir Park, which covers an area of 60,000 square metres, we'll observe some of its more than 700 species of plants. We'll also stop to admire its main buildings, including the Tree House, the Chinese Dragon and the Zen Courtyard.

After the guided tour, you'll have 2 hours of free time to stroll around the areas of the park that you liked the most. We recommend you to walk along different trails, as this will give you a broader perspective of the great botanical diversity of Amantikir Park.

Finally, from the park we'll transfer you back to the meeting point, where you'll arrive after a total of 3 hours.
