Day Trip Details

Pickup will occur at your chosen meeting point or hotel in Cancun at the specified time. The trip begins at Chichén Itzá, the sacred Mayan site. Explore the pyramid of Kukulkán, notable for its illumination during the solstice, and approach its steep steps. Recognized as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World since 2007, it showcases advanced Precolombine astronomical knowledge.

Next, visit the Temple of the Warriors, adorned with images of war and flanked by columns holding the Chac Mool statue. After touring the archaeological site, enjoy a dip at Chichi Kan cenote, followed by a buffet-style lunch and a tequila tasting.

The day concludes with a scenic tour of Valladolid, where you'll learn about the Iglesia de San Servacio, Palacio Municipal, and Mercado Municipal, before returning to Cancun approximately 12-13 hours after the pickup.

Important Info

The Valladolid visit is limited to 25 minutes. All archaeological complex visits must be with a guide; self-guided visits are not allowed. Valladolid may be closed for events, resulting in extended time for other activities.
