If you want to learn about the culture and nature of the Yucatán Peninsula, our Chichén Itzá, Coba & Ik Kil Cenote Day Trip is suitable for you. We'll explore two archaeological sites and a cenote.
Description
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and begin our day trip, starting with Chichén Itza.
Our day starts with a guided tour of Chichén Itzá, a significant site of the Mayan civilization. This site is a World Heritage Site and was selected as one of the New 7 Wonders of the World in 2007.
We will share legends and facts as we visit the Temple of Kukulcán, the Temple of the Warriors, the Platform of Venus, and the Great Ball Court. You'll have 1 hour of free time to explore Chichén Itzá.
Next, we will visit the Ik Kil cenote for 45 minutes of swimming in its turquoise waters. We'll also provide a buffet lunch overlooking this sacred site.
After lunch, we'll tour the ancient Mayan city of Coba and learn about its history, including viewing Nohoch Mul, the tallest Mayan pyramid in Yucatan, from its base.
We'll return to your hotel after a total of 10 hours.

This day trip includes pickup and drop off from hotels in Cancún and Costa Mujeres. You can select the best option for your hotel's location when booking.
