Isla Holbox Day Trip

We will collect you from your hotel in Cancún in the morning and proceed to Chiquilá port. From there, a small boat will take us to Isla Holbox, located north of the Yucatán peninsula.

Upon arrival at the west coast, we will stop at a beach for 45 minutes of free time to relax or explore before continuing our journey.

Next, we will visit Isla Pasión, a small island with diverse bird species, where you will have free time to explore and relax at the viewpoints.

We will then proceed to Punta Mosquito, a 30-kilometer-long pristine beach accessible only by boat, noteworthy for its pink flamingos from March to October.

After this, we will have lunch in a local restaurant and enjoy 1 hour and 30 minutes of free time at the beach or in the town of Holbox, a short walk away.

Following the day's exploration, we will return to Chiquilá port and then to your hotel, arriving after approximately 10 to 12 hours.

Monday and Thursday Tours

If you take the tour on a Monday or Thursday, note that the itinerary will change. We will travel by speedboat, skip the first swimming stop, and go directly to Isla Pasión for breakfast and one hour of free time. We will then pass through Punta Mosquito and drop you off in Holbox for 3 hours of free time before visiting the Yalahu cenote, for a total duration of approximately 8 hours.

Itinerary Changes

Please be aware that the order of the itinerary may vary. On days other than Monday or Thursday, if weather conditions are unfavorable, we may not visit Punta Mosquito, but will instead go to Isla Pájaros or the Yalahau cenote.

Flamingo Sightings

While sightings of pink flamingos are common between March and October, they are wild animals and their presence cannot be guaranteed.
