MUSA Snorkeling Tour

When making your reservation, you can choose between two snorkeling locations at the MUSA (Museo Subacuático del Arte) in Cancun. Both options meet at Kukulcan Boulevard and include boat transportation to the snorkeling area, English-speaking instructors, and snorkeling equipment. Below, you can see each option:

MUSA & Punta Nizuc Snorkeling Tour (3 hours)

This tour involves a boat ride across the Nichupte lagoon to reach a marine platform at Punta Nizuc, where snorkeling equipment is provided. Divers will explore reefs inhabited by lobsters, barracudas, groupers, and manta rays, as well as view 16 sculptures from the MUSA exhibition, including La Jardinera de la Esperanza. Departures are daily at 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm.

MUSA & Manchones Reef Snorkeling Tour (4.5 hours)

This option takes you to Manchones Reef, near I sla Mujeres. Participants will use snorkel gear to observe turtles, sponges, stars, cucumbers, and over 35 species of scleractinian corals. This area also features sculptures from the Underwater Museum of Art, including The Silent Evolution, Burning Man, or The Promise. This tour is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 8 am.
