Become a real marine explorer with this diving introduction in Cancun. We'll discover the biodiversity of species that inhabit the Caribbean Sea.

Description

We'll meet at the indicated time at Blvd Kukulkán km 5.5 in the hotel area in Cancun to learn the techniques of scuba diving in the open sea.

First, we'll have a one-hour theory lesson with audio-visual content to learn the basic principles of diving. This is followed by a one-hour practical lesson in confined waters where we'll learn how to breathe with the regulator and some tricks of the underwater language for communication.

Next, we'll set sail for Manchones Reef, a 12 kilometre (7.5 mile) stretch of coral and tropical fish. On two dives, we'll reach a depth of 10 metres (32 feet), exploring the marine biodiversity. It is possible to see turtles and manta rays as we swim along the seabed. We will also visit the MUSA Underwater Museum.

After this aquatic experience, we will conclude the diving introduction and return to the starting point after six hours of diving.
