Activity Details

After pickup from your hotel in Cancun, travel to the Riviera Maya, where a breakfast of coffee, fruit juice, pastries, and fresh fruit will be provided. Board the boat to set sail on the Caribbean waters.

During the boat trip, a guide will explain the behaviors of the whale sharks. Snorkelling equipment will be distributed, and you'll have time to swim with these creatures, the largest fish species. Afterward, replenish with sandwiches and drinks before proceeding to a coral reef for more snorkelling. Following this, sail towards Playa Norte.

Anchor at Playa Norte, known for its stunning white sand and clear waters. Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring ceviche and fresh fruit, with vegetarian options available upon request. Return to the mainland and drop-off at your hotel in Cancun concludes the tour.

Whale shark sightings are most common from July to September. Weather and breeding seasons can affect visibility and sightings.

Maximum of 2 jumps per person from the boat allowed.No jumps permitted if there are 5 sharks or fewer and over 5 speedboats; observation only.No refund if swimming with sharks is not possible, but rescheduling is an option.Snorkelling occurs if conditions are safe; strong currents or poor visibility may cancel the activity.
