Go snorkelling with whale sharks and enjoy a delicious lunch on the waters of Playa Norte! An unforgettable experience in the Mexican Caribbean!

Activity Details

After hotel pickup in Cancun, we will travel to the Riviera Maya, where you'll receive breakfast including coffee, fruit juice, pastries, and fresh fruit. We will board our boat and set sail on the Caribbean waters.

During the boat trip, the guide will explain the habits and characteristics of the whale sharks. Snorkelling equipment will be distributed, and you can dive to get close to these fish. You'll have free time to swim alongside them.

Afterwards, we will provide sandwiches and drinks and continue to a beautiful coral reef for additional snorkelling. Once finished, we will sail towards Playa Norte.

We will anchor at Playa Norte, the best beach on Isla Mujeres. Enjoy a delicious lunch including ceviche and fresh fruit, with vegetarian options available upon request. We will then head back to the mainland and return you to your hotel in Cancun.

Whale Shark Sighting

Whale shark sightings are most common from July to September; however, they can be unpredictable. Weather and breeding seasons may influence sightings.

Maximum of 2 jumps per person from the boat allowed.If there are 5 or fewer sharks and over 5 speedboats, only observation from the boat is permitted.No refunds if swimming with sharks isn't possible due to circumstances beyond control, but rescheduling is available.Snorkelling will occur only when conditions permit, considering safety and visibility.
