Tour Details
Founded in 1948 by a French man, the Jolimont Winery in Canela, in the Serra Gaúcha, is one of the first wineries in Rio Grande do Sul. The tour begins at the winery entrance, where we will discuss its award-winning production and the history of winemaking. We will learn about grape cultivation, fermentation, and storage, as well as how the region's mountainous topography contributes to quality grape production.
After the winery tour, participants will taste 7 Jolimont wines and receive a personalised glass of wine. The entire experience lasts approximately 1 hour.
