Boat Trip Details

The boat trip departs from Cangas Marina, featuring a pleasant 40-minute journey to the Cíes Islands. You can choose your departure time.

Upon arrival, enjoy crystal-clear waters and stunning views. Notable sites include the Cíes Lighthouse, Alto do Príncipe, and Rodas Beach.

Return ferry times from the Cíes Islands vary by season and are subject to change; schedule details are available during booking. We will confirm the specific return time based on your choice.

Returning on Another Day

If requesting a return to Cangas de Morrazo on another day, mention it during booking. Prior authorization from the Xunta de Galicia is required if camping on the islands.

Guided Tours in Low Season

From October 1 to May 14, tickets include a 1-hour guided visit, as self-guided tours are prohibited. An official guide will accompany you throughout, providing insights about the islands' history, flora, and fauna. This service is not available during Easter Week.

Authorization from the Xunta de Galicia

During peak season (May 15 - September 30, including Easter Week), you must obtain authorization from the Xunta de Galicia. We will email this after your reservation; other times, the guide will provide it during the tour.

Authorization for Campers

If staying at a campsite on the Cíes Islands, the campsite must process your authorization. To cancel your trip, first cancel with the campsite, which must then confirm the cancellation before you contact the shipping company for a refund. Once attached, an authorization cannot transfer to another shipping company.
