Whitsunday Islands Plane Ride + Snorkeling

Explore a true paradise by sea & air by taking a plane ride over the Whitsunday Islands. After enjoying the incredible landscapes from a bird's eye view, we'll snorkel in the turquoise waters of this stunning archipelago.

Whitsunday Islands Plane Ride + Snorkeling

At the time of your choice, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Airlie Beach and head over to the Whitsunday Airport. Then, we'll take off and start exploring a protected natural paradise from the sky.

With a bird's eye view, we'll fly over the Whitsunday Island archipelago and the Great Barrier Reef. After an hour's flight, we'll land and take a boat to visit Whitsunday Island, the largest island of this national park. Here, you'll have one to two hours of free time at Whitehaven Beach.

You can enjoy this break with food you brought or a picnic lunch available for purchase. A hiking route to the Hill Inlet viewpoint is included, offering scenic views, followed by one or two snorkeling spots, depending on weather conditions, at Whitsunday Island, Hook Island, Border Island or Dumbell Island.

After a seven and a half hour experience, we'll conclude the activity at Coral Sea Marina.

Snorkeling

The activity varies based on your choice. If you book the option with a single stop for snorkeling, you'll have more time on Whitehaven Beach. Opting for two stops allows for more underwater exploration but reduces your beach time by an hour.

Hotel Pickup

This tour includes hotel pickup from hotels in Airlie Beach. If you're in a different area, meet at Whitsunday Airport on the activity day. Pickup times are:

Plane ride + 1 stop for snorkeling: pickups start at 6:10 am and last at 6:30 am.Plane ride + 2 stops for snorkeling: pickups start at 7:25 am and last at 7:45 am.
