Join us to discover the secrets of the Cathars in the south of France. We will meet in front of the majestic Narbonne Gate of Carcassonne to begin our private tour of this well-preserved walled city. The tour lasts two hours and includes a stroll through the historic center of Carcassonne, where we will explore medieval defensive architecture featuring a total of 52 towers built for the city's protection.
During the tour, we will learn about the origins of the walls of Carcassonne and the history of its key monuments, including the Basilica of Saint-Nazaire, showcasing elements of Romanesque and Gothic architecture with unique stained glass windows.
Optionally, we can visit two main tourist attractions: the Condal Castle and the Museum of the Inquisition. The tour concludes after two hours in the old town.
