Discover some of Cuba's most important historic and cultural sites with this tour of Cienfuegos, Santa Clara, and Trinidad from Varadero.

Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Varadero and set off on our tour of three of Cuba's most beautiful cities. In the middle of the way, we'll make a short stop for breakfast.

First, we'll arrive in Santa Clara for a sightseeing bus tour to explore attractions like the Ernesto Che Guevara sculpture complex, which houses Che's remains and those of his comrades. We'll stop briefly at Che's mausoleum before continuing the bus tour.

Next, in Trinidad, we'll have a typical lunch of meat, fried plantain, and vegetables. After lunch, we will embark on a sightseeing tour to see emblematic places, including the main square, the colonial Church of the Holy Trinity, and the handicraft market. You may try a traditional drink called canchánchara and enjoy some free time for independent exploration.

We will then travel to Cienfuegos for another sightseeing tour, passing the José Martí Park, its triumphal arch, and 19th-century buildings. We will stroll along the Prado promenade to see the statue of musician Benny Moré, and admire the Palacio del Valle with its Arab architecture. Free time will also be provided here for personal exploration.

At the end of the tour, we will return to Varadero, arriving at your hotel 14 hours after pickup.
