Tortuguero National Park Multi-Day Tour

On this 2 or 3-day tour of Tortuguero National Park, you'll sleep in the Costa Rican jungle and explore its flora and fauna.

Description

Day 1

We will meet at the La Pavona Pier and board a boat to cross the Suerte River, entering the Tortuguero River. We will explore the national park's waters, arriving at the lodge around 12 noon. After settling in, lunch will be served at the hotel restaurant, followed by a tour of the town of Tortuguero.

We will return to the lodge for rest.

Day 2

In the morning, we'll head to Tortuguero National Park for an excursion to explore its natural attractions, including turtle nesting beaches. After breakfast, we will return to the lodge, then take a boat back to the starting point, finishing around midday.

3-Day Tour

For those wanting to spend an extra night, the 3-day tour includes visiting Tortuguero National Park on the second day after breakfast. After lunch, a hike around the lodge will take place, exploring trails, gardens, and beaches. On the third day, we will return to the starting point after breakfast.

Accommodation

This tour includes 1 or 2 nights accommodation with full board at Laguna Lodge.

Meeting Point

The tour starts at La Pavona pier, but the meeting point may change to the Caño Blanco pier depending on the water level of the river.
