You'll meet at Plaza de la Trinidad and walk to a local shop where you'll learn to prepare the ice cream in a special metal pan called a paila. The ice cream parlor, run by women, uses ecological materials. Paila ice creams originate from Ecuador but are also popular in Pasto, Colombia. You'll make the ice creams in an artisan way using natural ingredients and then taste three flavors. The workshop lasts 1.5 to 2 hours, and you can try other ice creams on your own afterward.
