Cartagena Roman Theatre Museum Ticket

With this ticket, you will discover Carthago Nova's Roman past and observe archaeological pieces found in and around the Roman Theatre of Cartagena. The museum includes various ancient buildings integrated into the structure, such as the Riquelme Palace and the church of Santa Maria. Your visit begins at the Pascual Riquelme Palace, where you will learn about the history of the theater's discovery through an underground corridor, leading to a room displaying key artifacts like jewelry, statues, vessels, and artistic items, including three aras dedicated to the Capitoline Triad.

You will then proceed to a tunnel under the medieval church and conclude your visit at the Roman Theatre of Cartagena, one of Spain's largest theatres, with a capacity for 7000 people. Remnants of the stage front, orchestra, and cavea, where citizens gathered by social class, can be seen.
