This ticket provides access to Carthago Nova's Roman past through a display of archaeological pieces found at the Roman Theatre of Cartagena. The museum features various ancient buildings including the Riquelme Palace and the church of Santa Maria. The visit begins at the Pascual Riquelme Palace, highlighting the discovery and excavation of the theater via an underground corridor, leading to a room showcasing significant artifacts such as jewellery, statues, and vessels, including three aras dedicated to the Capitoline Triad.

Next, you will access a tunnel under the medieval church that leads to the impressive Roman Theatre of Cartagena, one of the largest in Spain, which accommodated 7000 people. The ruins of the stage front, the orchestra for patricians, and the cavea for citizens arranged by social class can be observed here.

The museum operates under the following schedule:

From May 1 to September 30 and Easter: Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm, Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm.From October 1 to April 30: Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm.On December 24, December 31, and January 5, open from 10 am to 2 pm.
