Kayak Tour of Cartagena

At the time of your choice, we'll meet at the pier next to the Punta Madero building to begin this kayak tour of Cartagena de Indias. The ideal way to get to know a new side of this historic city!

Once we've got the kayaks, we'll begin our 2.5-mile (4km) maritime tour. If you've never kayaked before, don't worry, we'll offer you some practical tips so you can paddle correctly.

We'll navigate through the waters of Las Animas Bay and the Pegasos Pier, from where there's a magnificent view of the Cartagena Clock Tower.

Then, we'll continue past the Camellón de los Mártires, the Convention Centre, and the Román Bridge. From this point, you'll see the San Lazaro Lagoon and its wild mangroves, which extend along the wall over the sea forming a postcard landscape.

Next, we'll paddle to the Island of Birds, where we'll hear the song of the countless birds that inhabit this place.

Finally, after an hour and a half of kayaking and exploring, we'll return to the starting point.
