At the agreed time, we'll meet at the Parque Fluvial da Valada do Ribatejo in Cartaxo to board a boat for a ride on the Tagus River.

Once on board, we'll sail one of the most important rivers in the Peninsula. Our cruise will showcase the diversity of wildlife and vegetation in the area. You may also spot herds of wild horses while enjoying a glass of traditional sparkling wine from the region.

Bring your binoculars; during the tour, we'll pass by the Ilha das Garças, where, if fortunate, you can observe various native birds such as herons and ospreys.

We'll also stop at the fishing village of Escaroupim to visit its two small museums.

If you choose the afternoon tour, you'll witness the waters of the Tagus River being tinged by the sun. After two and a half hours, we'll conclude the tour at the meeting point.
