At the agreed time, we'll meet at the Parque Fluvial da Valada do Ribatejo, located in the municipality of Cartaxo. There, we'll board a boat for a ride on the Tagus River to start our sailing adventure.

Once on board, we'll begin sailing one of the most important rivers in the Peninsula. During the cruise, we'll enjoy the diverse wildlife and vegetation in the area. If you look closely, you might see herds of wild horses while enjoying traditional sparkling wine from the region.

Bring your binoculars; during the tour, we'll pass by the Ilha das Garças, where, if we are lucky, we may observe various species of native birds such as herons and ospreys.

We will also stop at the fishing village of Escaroupim to visit its two small museums.

If you choose the afternoon tour, you'll witness the Tagus River waters tinged by the sun. After two and a half hours, we'll conclude the tour at the meeting point.
