El Rompido Bike Tour

We'll meet at the car park of the El Faro Shopping Centre to start our bike tour of El Rompido.

We'll cycle to the Paraje Natural Marismas del Río Piedras, a unique landscape extending from the mouth of the Río Piedras river, featuring marshes and a sandy formation known as the Flecha del Rompido (Arrow of Rompido).

These coasts were colonised by Phoenicians, Romans, and Muslims, leaving behind archaeological remains. Along with the landscapes of dunes and marshes, we will see a variety of indigenous birds, fish, and molluscs that inhabit this protected area.

At the end of the tour, we'll return to the starting point.
