El Rompido Bike Tour

We'll meet at the specified time in the car park of the El Faro Shopping Centre to start our bike tour of El Rompido.

We will cycle to the Paraje Natural Marismas del Río Piedras, a unique landscape extending from the mouth of the Río Piedras river, characterized by marshes and a sandy formation known as the Flecha del Rompido (Arrow of Rompido).

The coasts have been colonized by Phoenicians, Romans, and Muslims, who have left behind fascinating archaeological remains. In addition to exploring the landscapes of dunes and marshes, we will observe a variety of indigenous birds, fish, and molluscs that inhabit this protected area.

At the end of the tour, we will return to the starting point.
