8-Day Package Tour of Morocco

Volubilis, Fez, Rabat, Merzouga desert... On this 8-day tour of Morocco from Casablanca to Marrakech, we'll visit the most significant locations in the country.

Description

Day 1: Casablanca

Upon arrival, you will be met at the Casablanca airport and taken to the hotel for the first night of the tour. If arriving in the morning, time is available to start exploring the city.

Day 2: Casablanca - Rabat - Volubilis - Fez

After breakfast, we will visit the Hassan II Mosque before traveling to Rabat to see the citadel of Mechouar, Kasbah of the Oudayas, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and Hassan II. We will then proceed to Meknes for the Medina, Jewish quarter, and Volubilis, before heading to Fez for the night.

Day 3: Fez

We will tour Fez, visiting the Medina, Medersas Attarine, Ennajarine fountain, Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, and Karawiyin Mosque. The evening is free for relaxation.

Day 4: Fez - Midelt - Merzouga

We will cross the Middle Atlas Mountains, visiting Ifran and Azrou, progressing to the desert of Merzouga for a camel ride and a night in a haima camp.

Day 5: Merzouga - Todra Gorges - Ouarzazate

We will rise early for breakfast and sunrise views, then travel to the Todra Gorges and on to Ouarzazate for the night.

Day 6: Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech

We will visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou and travel through several villages to Marrakech, where we'll stay overnight.

Day 7: Marrakech

We will explore Marrakech, visiting the Bahia and El Badi palaces, Saadid tombs, Koutoubia Mosque, and Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Free time is provided in the afternoon.

Day 8: Transfer to Marrakech airport

You will be taken to Marrakech airport at the end of the tour.

Rooms are available as double, triple, or family options. Standard rooms have communal showers; luxury rooms include private bathrooms. Air-conditioning in luxury camps incurs an additional charge of 30EUR per person.
