Tour Overview
At the agreed time, we will gather in the magnificent Mohammed V Square. Your guide will be positioned next to the letter W of the renowned WeCasablanca sign. This vibrant square, a stellar representation of French colonial style, marks the starting point of our engaging tour to uncover the city's authentic character.
We will first navigate towards United Nations Square, where the contemporary side of Casablanca merges with its historical background. Crossing this notable landmark will lead us into the Old Medina, a maze filled with local craftsmanship and Moroccan warmth, offering a glimpse into the daily lives of its residents.
Our journey will proceed to La Sqala, a formidable 18th-century fortress perched along the Atlantic coast, before we reach a film icon: Rick's Café. Here, we will pause for a photo op outside this venue, which captures the essence of the renowned film featuring Bogart and Ingrid Bergman.
To conclude our tour, we will gather in front of the centerpiece: the Hassan II Mosque. We will take in the beauty of its exterior and marvel at its minaret, soaring at 688 ft (210 m), recognized as the tallest worldwide, while unveiling the mysteries of this architectural wonder that elegantly extends over the sea.
After an immersive 2 hours of cultural exploration, we will wrap up our visit adjacent to the mosque.
