Tour + Tasting of 4 Artisan Beers

Upon arrival at the Coda Brewery, you will tour the facilities and learn about their artisan beers made with sustainable products. You will start by tasting 2 types of beers while the guide explains the brewery stages: maceration, mash, boiling, and cooling. You will see all the brewing equipment used. Next, you will visit the fermentor area to learn about production and packaging checks while tasting your third and fourth beers.

Tour + Tasting of 4 Cellar-Aged Beers

This option involves learning about the maturation of cellar-aged beers, the influence of wood, and the fermentation time. As you taste the first 3 beers, the guide will discuss storage, ageing, and keeping of beers, featuring selections from the Majesty and Vivaldi series. You will visit the barrel area to understand this style and its processes, culminating in tasting the fourth beer straight from the barrel.

Tour + Tasting of 5 Coda Beers

This option provides insights into the varied beer styles, focusing on 5 different Coda Beers. During the tasting, you will learn about the role of each ingredient in the beers, along with product pairing suggestions.
