You will taste 2 types of beers while the guide explains the brewing stages: maceration, mash, boiling, and cooling. Visit the fermentor area to understand its production role and check packaging aspects while tasting the third and fourth beers.

Tour + Tasting of 4 Cellar-Aged Beers

This option covers how cellar-aged beers are matured, including wood influence and fermentation time. While tasting the first three beers, learn about storage, ageing, and keeping of beers, including selections from the Majesty and Vivaldi series. Visit the barrel area to understand the style and its extraction, finishing with the fourth beer tasting directly from the barrel.
