At the appointed time, we'll meet at the entrance to the Gratias winery, located in the heart of the Cabriel Valley wine-growing region. It's the perfect place for the production of wines with an authentic Mediterranean spirit.

During a two-hour visit to the Gratias winery, we'll learn about the values of this family-run, artisanal wine tourism centre. They carry out a sustainable project, protecting the native grape varieties of the area. Their wines are organic and natural.

We will explore the different rooms in the winery and learn about the traditional winemaking methods while enjoying a tasting of four varieties of Gratias wine: three reds and one white.

This experience will be complemented with a selection of gourmet tapas typical of the area, including Santoña Anchovies, Mazarrón salted tuna, almonds, sheep's cheese from Fuente Álamo, and honey from the Ayora Valley, or chocolate and salt flakes.
