At the appointed time, we'll meet at the entrance to the Gratias winery, located in the heart of the Cabriel Valley wine-growing region. It's the ideal place for the production of wines with an authentic Mediterranean spirit.

During a two-hour visit to the Gratias winery, we'll learn about the values of this family-run, artisanal wine tourism centre. They engage in a sustainable, responsible project, protecting the native grape varieties of the area. Their wines are organic and natural.

In addition to exploring the different rooms of the winery and learning about traditional winemaking, we'll enjoy a tasting of four varieties of Gratias wine: three reds and one white.

This will be paired with a selection of gourmet tapas typical of the area, including Santoña anchovies, Mazarrón salted tuna and almonds, sheep's cheese from Fuente Álamo, and honey from the Ayora Valley or chocolate and salt flakes.
