At the appointed time, we'll meet at the entrance to the Gratias winery, located in the Cabriel Valley wine-growing region. It's the ideal setting for producing wines with an authentic Mediterranean spirit.

During a two-hour visit to the Gratias winery, we'll learn about the principles of this family-run, artisanal wine tourism centre. They implement a sustainable project, protecting the native grape varieties of the area, and their wines are organic and natural.

We'll explore the various rooms of the winery and learn about their traditional winemaking processes, followed by a tasting of four varieties of Gratias wine: three reds and one white.

This tasting will be paired with a selection of gourmet tapas typical of the region, including Santoña Anchovies, Mazarrón salted tuna, almonds, sheep's cheese from Fuente Álamo, honey from the Ayora Valley, and chocolate with salt flakes.
