This surf lesson at Carcavelos beach includes meeting at Avenida Marginal to start the surf lesson. Participants will receive the necessary equipment and proceed to Carcavelos beach. The first part of the lesson features a brief theoretical introduction on board usage, followed by warm-up and practice on the sand, crucial for proper surfing technique.

After preparation, participants will enter the water to put their skills into practice. There will be opportunities to ride the waves, with support available for those struggling to maintain balance during their first attempts. The session concludes after two hours, returning to the shore and finishing at the school.
