Do you love being out in the countryside? Escape the city with this trekking experience in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, just one hour from Lisbon.

Sintra-Cascais Natural Park Trek

After meeting at the Cascais train station, we will take a minibus to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. The trek will last approximately two hours.

During the 5 kilometre hike, we will walk through a forest of oak, maple, and eucalyptus trees, and may spot birds of prey overhead.

Post-trek, the minibus will take us through charming towns like Zambujeiro and Murches, where local agriculture focuses on vine harvesting for wine production. There will be time to enjoy coffee in one of these villages.

We will then visit the Cresmina Dune, a UNESCO-protected area, offering views of the sea near the Cabo Raso lighthouse, operational since the late 19th century. From the bus, we will also see Guincho beach, a surfer's favorite.

The tour concludes at the train station in Cascais around 1:30 pm.
