Castellón de la Plana Guided Tour

We'll meet at 9:40 am outside the Castellón de la Plana Tourist Office to begin a tour of the most emblematic places in this provincial capital. During the tour we'll combine walking with routes by minibus to be able to have enough time to discover all that the city has to offer.

We'll start the visit by approaching the Grao de Castellón. Here, we'll enjoy the coast and visit the extensive beaches. We'll also see the fishing port, marina, lighthouse, and some houses with modernist aesthetics.

After this, we'll walk to the centre of Castellón de la Plana to visit the Museum of Fine Arts. We'll admire its facade and enter its interior. Sculptures, Valencian ceramics, and paintings from Zurbarán's workshop await us.

How about some shopping? We'll visit the Market, only open on Mondays, where we'll find more than 300 stalls selling food, clothes, and other products.

We'll continue exploring the main monuments of Castellón de la Plana. The façade of the Santa María la Mayor cathedral, the El Fadrí bell tower, the theatre, the Central Market, and more will be explored, with our guide sharing insights about the city's buildings and history.
