Embark on a journey through the treasures of Baroque art and classical antiquity with our day trip to Syracuse and Noto from Taormina. Explore two of southern Sicily's most enchanting cities.

Tour itinerary: explore Noto and Syracuse

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from the indicated meeting point and set our course for Syracuse. The scenic minibus ride will take approximately an hour and a half.

Upon reaching our destination, a guided tour of the archaeological park of Neapolis awaits. We'll encounter a Greek theater, a Roman amphitheater, and a temple featuring an altar for sacrifices.

Our exploration continues to the island of Ortigia, a World Heritage Site and the historical heart of Syracuse. Stroll its charming streets, including a visit to its cathedral, built atop an ancient classical Greek temple.

Following the guided tour, we'll leave you an hour of free time for lunch at a local restaurant before departing for Noto. Known for its Baroque churches, Noto invites us to admire their facades and their connection to the earthquake of 1693.

Enjoy approximately two hours of free time exploring Noto on your own before we begin our return.

After a 12-hour adventure, we'll conclude the Syracuse and Noto tour by dropping you back off at the meeting point in Taormina.
