Description

We'll meet at the designated time at the Giovanna Tantini winery in Castelnuovo del Garda. After gathering, we will learn about the philosophy, history, and facilities of this wine-focused company.

The experience begins with a stroll through the cellar's vineyards led by Giovanna Tantini, the owner. She will introduce the different grape varieties cultivated on the estate before we commence the tasting, which includes a total of 6 wines accompanied by a platter of cold meats and cheeses.

The tasting lineup starts with a Custoza, followed by a Chiaretto, a Rosè DOC made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. Next, we will sample a Bardolino DOC and a Garda Corvina DOC 100% Corvina.

Following these, we'll taste an Ettore IGT, a blend aged in wood for 18 months, concluding with a Greta IGT, made from grapes dried in the vineyard, showcasing its unique identity.

After 1.5 hours of wine tasting, we'll conclude the tour.
