Description

We'll meet at the indicated time at the Giovanna Tantini winery in Castelnuovo del Garda. The experience begins with a stroll through the cellar's vineyards led by Giovanna Tantini, the owner. You will learn about the philosophy, history, and facilities of this winery.

The tasting includes a total of 6 wines accompanied by a platter of cold meats and cheeses. We will start with a Custoza, a fresh white wine typical of the area, followed by a Chiaretto, a Rosè DOC made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. Next, we will taste a Bardolino DOC, the company's specialty, and a Garda Corvina DOC 100% Corvina, known for its fresh characteristics.

The penultimate tasting will feature an Ettore IGT, a blend of Corvina, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot aged in wood for 18 months. The final wine is Greta IGT, made from dried grapes through a specific vineyard process.

The tour concludes after 1.5 hours of wine tasting.
