At the indicated time, we'll meet at the San Guillen ramp, next to the stone bridge of Castro Urdiales.

After selecting the most appropriate diving equipment for each member, we'll provide a brief explanation on how to use the material.

Next, we'll perform a series of exercises on the surface to practice the theoretical lessons. Once all members are comfortable and safe, we'll dive into the waters of the Cantabrian Sea.

We'll float weightlessly on the seabed. Underwater, we'll encounter various specimens of the local marine fauna such as breams, porpoises, mojarras, anemones, and spider crabs.

After a dive lasting 30 to 40 minutes, we'll conclude the experience by returning to the meeting point.
