At the indicated time, we'll meet at the San Guillen ramp, next to the stone bridge of Castro Urdiales.

After selecting the most appropriate diving equipment for each group member, a brief explanation will be provided on how to handle the material.

A series of exercises will be performed on the surface to practice the theoretical lessons. Once all group members are comfortable and safe, we will dive into the waters of the Cantabrian Sea for an unforgettable diving initiation.

We will float weightlessly on the seabed, accompanied by various specimens of the marine fauna in the area, such as breams, porpoises, mojarras, anemones, and spider crabs.

After a dive lasting 30 to 40 minutes, we will conclude the experience by returning to the meeting point.
