Our adventure begins at 10 am at Via Crociferi 54. Once we gather, we'll embark on a walking tour designed to reveal the culinary treasures of Catania. Let’s embark on this flavorful journey!
As we wander through the historic alleys and squares of Catania, we’ll delve into the intricacies of the local cuisine. Discover how Greek and Arabic cultures, along with others, have left their mark on Sicilian culinary traditions.
While exploring the charming old town and its vibrant markets, we'll pause for delightful tastings of local specialties like fried fish and the beloved arancini. These famous battered rice balls filled with veal, peas, and cheese are sure to delight your palate.
