With this day trip to Taormina, Giardini Naxos, and Castelmola, you will visit the first Greek colony in Sicily, enjoy a picturesque hilltop village, and relax on a beautiful beach.

Giardini Naxos, Taormina, & Castelmola Day Trip

We will meet at your selected time in Piazza dei Martiri to take a minibus to Giardini Naxos, approximately 30 minutes away.

Upon arrival, we will stroll through the historic center, seeing the facades of significant buildings such as the Church of San Pancrazio. You will learn about the ancient Greek settlement and appreciate the beautiful bay.

Next, we will proceed to Castelmola, a small village on a hill. We will explore its cobbled streets and visit viewpoints showcasing the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna.

Our final stop will be in Taormina, where we will see the exteriors of several medieval palaces, ancient city gates, and a 15th-century cathedral. You will also view the beach of Isola Bella.

After four hours of exploration, we will return to the starting point to conclude the activity.
