With this excursion to Taormina, Giardini Naxos, and Castelmola, you'll visit the first Greek colony in Sicily, admire a hilltop village, and explore a paradisiacal beach.

Giardini Naxos, Taormina & Castelmola Excursion

We'll meet at the time of your choice in Piazza dei Martiri, where we'll take a minibus to Giardini Naxos, about half an hour away.

Upon arrival, we will stroll through the historic center, observing the facades of significant buildings like the Church of San Pancrazio. You'll learn about the ancient Greek settlement of Giardini Naxos and enjoy the bay's beauty.

Next, we will head to Castelmola, a village located atop a hill. We will walk through the cobbled streets and visit viewpoints offering vistas of the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna.

The final stop will be in Taormina, where we will see the exterior of medieval palaces, ancient city gates, and a 15th-century cathedral. You'll also have the opportunity to view the beach of Isola Bella.

After four hours of exploration, we will return to the starting point and conclude the activity.
