Tour Details

We will meet in central Catania and board an off-roading vehicle to begin our journey to Mount Etna, leaving the city behind. Prepare to explore this famous volcano.

As we ascend Mount Etna, your guide will share the historical and biological significance of this natural park, which is a World Heritage Site. This volcano has been referenced in texts over 2700 years old.

During the tour, we will combine vehicle rides with short hikes to appreciate the landscapes, local flora and fauna, and the agricultural richness of Etna.

We will explore ancient forests, view caves formed by lava, and walk near inactive craters. We will visit Bove Valley for scenic views and stop at a local store to taste typical Sicilian products.

The tour lasts 5.5 hours, concluding back in Catania.
