Tour Details

We'll meet in central Catania and there, we'll climb aboard an off-roading vehicle and start on our way to Mount Etna. As we ascend the slopes, your guide will explain the historical and biological importance of this natural park, a World Heritage Site.

During this off-road tour, we'll combine car rides with short hikes to fully appreciate the surrounding landscape. You'll observe the local flora and fauna and learn about the agricultural richness of Etna's land. We'll explore ancient forests, caves formed from solidified lava, and approach inactive volcano craters. A visit to Bove Valley will provide you with stunning views, and we will stop at a local store to taste typical Sicilian products.

The tour will conclude 5.5 hours later, returning to Catania.
