Day Trip to Lagoinha Beach + Buggy Tour

Are you in Fortaleza and looking for exciting activities? Join us on a day trip to Lagoinha Beach, featuring a buggy tour, boat ride, and a ride on a traditional "pau-de-arara" truck.

What's in store:

Pickup from your hotel in Fortaleza will occur at the scheduled time, with a journey of approximately 110 kilometers (68 miles) to Lagoinha Beach. En route, we will pass through the village of Lagoinha, known for its crescent beach and coconut trees, which is named for its freshwater lagoons.

Upon arrival, participants can enjoy three activities: a buggy tour, a catamaran ride, and a ride on a traditional "pau-de-arara" truck. The buggy ride will include stops at viewpoints and Jegue Lagoon, offering photo opportunities and about 30 minutes of swimming at Almecegas Lagoon.

After the lagoon, a catamaran will take you across to the opposite shore, where the "pau-de-arara" truck will be waiting for a ride through the Lagoinha region, sharing local insights. The combined duration of these activities is approximately two hours, followed by free time to relax at Lagoinha Beach until 4 pm, at which point we will return to Fortaleza.

After about ten hours of experiences, we will drop you off at your hotel.
