Lagoinha Beach Day Trip + Buggy Tour

Are you in Fortaleza and looking for exciting activities? Join us on a day trip to Lagoinha Beach, where you'll embark on a thrilling buggy tour, boat ride, and a ride on a traditional "pau-de-arara" truck.

Day Trip Details

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Fortaleza at the designated time. Our journey will cover approximately 110 kilometers (68 miles) to Lagoinha Beach, known for its beautiful coastal setting.

Along the way, we’ll pass through the village of Lagoinha, recognized for its crescent-shaped beach and coconut trees. The name "Lagoinha" comes from the numerous freshwater lagoons in the area.

At the beach, you can participate in a buggy tour, a catamaran ride, and a ride on a traditional "pau-de-arara" truck. The buggy ride will include stops at a viewpoint and Jegue Lagoon for photos. You’ll have approximately 30 minutes to swim at Almecegas Lagoon before enjoying a scenic crossing on a catamaran.

The pau-de-arara truck will take you through the Lagoinha region, sharing facts about the area, and then return you to the buggy pickup point. The total duration of these activities is about two hours. Afterward, you will have free time to relax on Lagoinha Beach until 4 pm, when we’ll begin our return trip to Fortaleza.

After approximately ten hours of experiences, we’ll return you to your hotel.
